Scope

These terms apply to every purchase of digital assets on Pack Fabrik by any customer, individual or company.

Products

Pack Fabrik sells 3D assets for Roblox, delivered as .rbxl files. Each product page describes its content, specs and available licenses.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country. Payment is made by card or PayPal and is required before delivery.

Delivery

Files are available immediately after payment, in your account and through the links sent by email.

License

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the assets in your Roblox games, under the Indie or Studio terms described on the Licenses page. Resale and redistribution are prohibited.

Right of withdrawal

By downloading the files, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal for digital content.

Defective files

If a file is corrupted or doesn't match its description, contact us within [30] days. We will fix, replace or refund it.

Liability

Pack Fabrik is not responsible for changes made by Roblox to its platform or tools that may affect how the assets work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [country] law. Any dispute will first be settled amicably, then before the competent courts of [city].
